- 4 Pork cutlets (ready to cook, each about 150 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps coarsely chopped Fresh herbs (Rosemary, Basilikzum, thyme, parsley)
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- 3 Red onions
- vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.
