4 pcs Pork tenderloin (each 180 grams)

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 tsp honey
2 centiliters Calvados
200 milliliters Beef broth
100 grams ham (thinly sliced)
Sage (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F).

Peel the onions and garlic and cut the onions into slices. Rinse the apples, pat dry, cut into wedges and remove seeds.

3.

Season pork with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil on all sides. Wrap in foil and cook for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven.

4.

In the same pan, sauté apple and onion slices. Add honey and deglaze with Calvados. Add garlic and broth and simmer 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Cut ham into strips and fry slowly in another dry pan until crispy.

6.

Arrange pork on the onion and apples, sprinkle with ham and serve garnished with sage leaves.
