200 milliliters Apple juice
1 pc ginger (4-5 cm, finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Melt the butter in a large pan and cook pork chops on each side for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm.

2.

Loosen the browned bits with the apple juice and ginger and bring to boil, reduce the heat and allow to reduce the liquid by half. Season the sauce with salt and chili powder. Arrange the chops on a plate and serve drizzled with the sauce.
