- 4 Pork chop
- 3 Tbsps Oil
- ½ tsp Curry powder
- ½ tsp honey
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- 2 Apple
- 2 Red onions
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Basil

Preparation steps
1.
Wash and dry the chops. Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a nonstick grill skillet and saute the chops on both sides until brown. Mix the curry powder with the honey and 1-2 tablespoons water. Brush the meat with the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Put into a preheated oven (100°C/225°F) for 15-20 minutes, until done.

Wash, quarter and core the apples and cut into chunks.

Peel and slice the onions. Put the apples and onions into the hot grill skillet with the rest of the oil. Add the pine nuts and fry all together for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Put the chops on warmed plates, add a little of the apple and onion to each and serve scattered with basil.
