600 grams Pork tenderloin
salt

vegetable oil
10 Sage
6 slices Bacon
2 Tbsps green peppers
300 milliliters Whipped cream
500 grams Broccoli
300 grams Tagliatelle
20 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F). 

2.

Rinse pork, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and sear pork on all sides. Remove, cover with sage leaves and wrap with bacon. Place in a baking dish and roast for about 30 minutes.

3.

Add pepper to pan drippings and deglaze with cream. Simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Rinse broccoli and blanch in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes. Remove and drain. 

5.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

6.

Remove pork from the oven, let it rest briefly and slice.

7.

In another pan, melt butter and swirl broccoli in hot butter. Add drained pasta.

Plate pasta and pork and serve drizzled with sauce.
