- 400 grams Pork tenderloin
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 2 slices Smoked pork chop
- 50 grams almonds
- 1 Tbsp whole white peppercorns
- 16 dried Apricot
- 2 onions
- 12 bay leaves
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- In addition
- 8 small potatoes
- 1 Tbsp Pastry flour
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Cut pork into slices and marinate in sunflower oil. Cut smoked pork into large cubes. Chop almonds. Coarsely ground peppercorns and mix with almonds. Coat marinating meat with almond mixture. Soak apricots in lukewarm water. Cut onions into chunks. Thread pork, onions, apricots, bay leaves and smoked pork, alternating, on wooden skewers. Grill on hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning often.

Reel and rinse potatoes, halve and dust with flour. Iheat oil in a apn and cook potatoes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, arrange on plates and serve with pork and apricots skewers.
