200 milliliters Beef broth
1 Cinnamon stick
1 Tbsp honey

Preparation steps

Rinse the pork, pat dry and cut into large cubes. Rinse the apples, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut into wedges. Peel the shallots and garlic, cut the shallots into strips and finely chop the garlic. Peel the carrot and trim.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the pork in it until brown from all sides. Mix in the shallots, garlic and carrots, and pour in the beef broth. Add the apples, cinnamon and honey to the pork, and season with salt and pepper. Cover the pan and simmer for about 35 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the couscous in a bowl and pour boiled vegetable over it. Let soak for about 10 minutes, and loosen the couscous with a fork.

Season the pork stew with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve the pork stew over the couscous.
