Ingredients

400 milliliters Apple juice
For the noodles
250 grams Tagliatelle
100 milliliters milk
40 grams ground Poppy seeds
2 Tbsps raisins
1 Tbsp sugar
cinnamon (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

For the pears: Rinse pears, halve and remove cores. Boil lemon juice and apple juice in a saucepan and sauté the pears for 4-6 minutes. Remove pears with a slotted spoon from the sauce. Boil sauce over high heat and reduce to about 6-8 tablespoons.

For the noodles: Cook noodles in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

In a small saucepan, simmer milk and poppy seeds for about 5 minutes. Add sauce and raisins into the mixture. Season with sugar and cinnamon.

4.

Drain pasta. Mix with poppy sauce and serve together with the pears.
