1 Tbsp lemon juice
24 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
2 Tbsps Walnut

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the plums, remove the pits and cut into thin slices.

2.

Heat the sugar in a saucepan and caramelize until golden brown. Add the apple and lemon juice and deglaze over medium heat. Bring to a boil, add the plums, remove from heat and cool.

3.

Remove 3-4 tablespoons of the juice and mix with the yogurt. Chop the walnuts.

4.

Distribute the plum mixture into 4 glasses, add the yogurt on top and serve sprinkled with chopped walnuts.
