Plum Crumble with Pine Nuts
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
Rinse and halve the plums, remove the pit and cut into quarters. Arrange the plums tightly into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar.
For the crumble topping, place the butter, flour, remaining sugar and remaining cinnamon in a bowl and grind between your hands until crumbles form. Spread the crumble over the plums. Sprinkle on the pine nuts. Bake until golden brown for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
