- 250 grams Red Beans
- 285 grams Sweet corn
- Sunflower seed
- 6 Tbsps Vinegar
- Salt and peppers
- Chili powder
- 1-2 tsp sugar
- 12 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the pineapple in half. Scoop out the fruit and cut into pieces. Drain the beans and corn. Rinse the celery and cut into pieces. Roast the sunflower seeds in a frying pan.

Mix the vinegar with the salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar and oil. Combine with the prepared ingredients and let soak for 30 minutes. Fill into the pineapple halves and serve.
