- 1 ripe Pineapple
- 1 Lime
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 Lime wedge (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the pineapple, quarter, remove the woody stalk and cut into bite-size cubes. Rinse the lime under hot water, squeeze the juice and mix with the pineapple chunks and the honey.
2.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Transfer to bowls and serve garnished with a lime wedge.
