70 milliliters Thai, sweet Chili sauce
1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
1 red onion
1 sprig Dill
1 handful cilantro
300 grams fresh Pineapple (flesh only)
400 grams Salmon (without skin)

Preparation steps

Mix the chili sauce and vinegar together.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse the herbs, shake dry and chop the leaves.

Cut the pineapple into small cubes and mix with chili sauce, the onion and the herbs. Marinate for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, rinse the salmon and pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut into small cubes and mix with the salad just before serving.
