Preparation steps

1.

Cut the pumpkin into 3 cm (approximately 1 1/4 inch) cubes, and place in a bowl. Mix with the sugar, salt, vinegar, water, and the peeled garlic cloves. Lat marinate, covered, for 24 hours.
