- Bell pepper (3 red and yellow)
- 2 green Bell pepper
- 125 milliliters olive oil
- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut the flesh into quarters lengthwise and crosswise into strips.
2.
Peel the garlic cloves, peel and finely chop. Heat 50 ml (approximately 1/4 cup) oil and saute the peppers with garlic in it briefly, then cover and cook over very low heat for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.
Mix the remaining oil with the vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the peppers, garlic and parsley and place in a bowl.
4.
Cover the bowl and allow to marinate in the refrigerator at least 12 hours.
