4 small, crusty Bread roll
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 onion (sliced)
2.333 cups Beef rump (sliced thinly)
salt
peppers
1 cup Emmentaler cheese (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4.
2.
Wrap the rolls in foil and heat through in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
3.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onions until golden. Remove from the pan and keep warm.

Add the steaks to the pan and cook for 2-5 minutes on each side, until cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper and cut into small pieces.
5.
Split open the rolls and fill with the steak and onions. Top with the cheese and serve immediately.
