Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the rosemary and shake dry. Rinse the steaks and pat dry. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the steaks and saute  about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Top each with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of cheese, cover and cook until the cheese has melted, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepperand serve.

Serve with z. B. baked potatoes and mixed salad.
