Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, rinse with cold water and allow to cool. Rinse arugula, pat dry and cut into thin strips.

Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Cut bell pepper in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into fine strips.

3.

Mix vegetables with pasta. For the marinade, mix olive oil, vinegar salt and pepper together. Drizzle marinade over salad and chill for 1 hour.
