Penne Pasta Salad
Prepare pasta according to package directions, boiling in plenty of salted water. Hard-boil eggs, cool and peel. Rinse carrots and cut into thin slices. Thaw peas. Drain cucumbers and chop fine.
Cut ham into strips. Mix cream curds with cucumber water and ketchup. Stir, season with salt and pepper to taste and pour over pasta and salad ingredients. Cut eggs into eighths and fold in.
