- 250 grams Penne (in three colors)
- 3 eggs
- 150 grams green Frozen pea (prepare according to package directions)
- 100 grams carrots
- 3 Pickled cucumbers
- 150 grams cooked ham
- 2 cups Cream curds
- 2 Tbsps Cucumber water
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Prepare pasta according to package directions, boiling in plenty of salted water. Hard-boil eggs, cool and peel. Rinse carrots and cut into thin slices. Thaw peas. Drain cucumbers and chop fine.

Cut ham into strips. Mix cream curds with cucumber water and ketchup. Stir, season with salt and pepper to taste and pour over pasta and salad ingredients. Cut eggs into eighths and fold in.
