Line a baking sheet with foil. Rinse and quarter the pears and remove the cores. Place the pears on the baking sheet. Stir together the lemon juice and honey and drizzle over the pears.

Pluck half of the rosemary and finely chop.
3.
Heat the broiler. Chop the walnuts and place in a bowl with the Roquefort and chopped rosemary. Spoon the mixture into the pear cavities and broil until golden brown, 5-10 minutes. Serve garnished with rosemary sprigs.
