2 Plum
2 Tbsps sugar
2 Tbsps Maraschino liqueur

Preparation steps

Rinse pears, cut off the top third of each and carefully hollow out pears with a teaspoon. Drizzle pear flesh and insides of hollowed out pears with lemon juice. Cut flesh into cubes and place in a bowl. Set pears lid aside. Rinse, peel, halve and core apples. Cut apples into wedges and dice. Combine diced apples with diced pears and drizzle with lemon juice.

Rinse peaches, carefully peel, cut in half, remove pits and cut peaches into cubes. Add to bowl with pears and apples. Rinse, halve and remove pits from plums. Dice plums and add to bowl. Stir in sugar and maraschino liqueur and mix well. Let macerate about 15 minutes. Fill pears with fruit mixture, replace lids and refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving.
