2 Pear
400 milliliters black Currant juice (unsweetened)
200 milliliters Apple juice (unsweetened)
2 Tbsps honey
1 lemon
1 Vanilla bean

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse elderberries and drain well. Peel and core pears and cut into pieces. Boil pears with currant juice, apple juice, honey and 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) of water.

Rinse lemon in hot water and wipe dry. Squeeze juice from lemon. Cut a piece of lemon peel and add to the fruit with the lemon juice. Slit vanilla pod, add to fruit and infuse 2-3 minutes. Remove vanilla pod and lemon peel and serve soup hot or cooled.
