150 grams Pastry flour
150 grams sugar

Preparation steps

Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into wedges. In a large pan, bring all the ingredients for the filling to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is slightly caramelised. Remove from the heat and let cool, stirring occasionally.

Chop the butter into small pieces and mix with the flour, nuts and sugar. Stir with a wooden spoon until crumbly. Spread the filling in ovenproof dessert bowls. Sprinkle with the streusel. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F) until golden brown. Serve warm.
