- For pie
- 1 Pie crust (prepared)
- 5 Pear (peeled, cored and thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp Sea salt
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For topping
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- ½ cup Pecan (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a large bowl add pears, flour, salt, sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Using clean hands carefully combine the ingredients together making sure pears do not break apart. Set aside.

In a smaller bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter. Using a pastry cutter or fork combine the mixture until it resembles large crumbs.

Place pie plate on cookie sheet then spoon pear filling into the pie shell. Top with the crumble mixture and spread it evenly.
5.
Cover the exposed pie dough with strips of aluminum foil. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove the foil strips and bake an additional 25 minutes. Cool for about an hour before serving
