- 1 cup low-fat Quark (heaped)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Corn starch
- 3 Tbsps sugar
- In addition
- ⅓ cup butter (chopped)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 Tbsps plain flour
- 2 Tbsps Oats
- 1 Tbsp Almond slivers

1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Tablespoon
Preparation steps

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C

Peel and quarter the pears, remove the core and cut into cubes. Wash the blueberries and pat dry. Mix the quark cheese with the eggs, cornflour and sugar. Fold in the pears and 2/3 of the blueberries. Spoon into 4 small dishes and bake in the oven for abut 20 minutes.

In the meantime place the sugar, flour, oats and almonds in a bowl and rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Spoon the remaining blueberries into the dishes and sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake for a further 20 minutes.

Serve hot or cold.
