Coconut and Pear Crumble
Rinse the pears, pat dry, quarter and remove seeds. Rinse the grapes and drain. Peel the banana and cut into large pieces.
Mix the fruit with the squeezed orange and lemon juice. Place in a greased baking dish (28 cm diameter (approximately 11 inches)). Break the coconut cookies into small pieces and mix with the coconut and melted butter.
Spread the crumble over the fruit. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (approximately 350°F) (150° convection (approximately 300°F) gas mark 2) on the lowest rail for about 30 minutes. Cover with parchment paper as needed.
