This delicious crumble is a great source of vitamin C from the peaches, which helps support a healthy immune system, and antioxidants from the grapes.

Ingredients

Crumble:
2 Tbsps Almond flour
6 Tbsps Oats
½ tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsps Ghee (or butter)
3 Tbsps xylitol (or Stevia or sugar)
Fruit Filling:
14 ozs Peaches (cut into slices)
red Grape (halved)
8 drops Stevia (or 3 Tbsp xylitol or sugar)
4 Tbsps water
1 Tbsp Corn starch

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Place flour, oats, ghee, and xylitol in a bowl. Mash everything together with your hands or 2 forks to form a crumble structure.

3.

Add sliced peaches and grapes, along with the corn starch, water, and sweetener. Mix to combine.

4.

Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit. Place casserole dish in the oven and bake for 15-minutes, until the fruit is bubbly, and the topping is golden brown.

5.

Serve warm with vanilla yogurt, sauce, or ice cream.

This post uses xylitol, a substance which is acutely toxic to dogs - it kills them in very small quantities. Why not substitute a safe artificial sugar?
