Slow Cooker Apple Blackberry Crumble

- 2 large Apple (peeled and diced)
- 3 cups Blackberry
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps caster sugar
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter (cubed)
- ½ cup soft light brown sugar
- ½ cup rolled oats

Combine the apple, blackberries, lemon juice, cinnamon, and caster sugar in a slow cooker.
Stir well, cover with a lid, and cook on a medium setting for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350˚F
Pulse together the flour, butter, sugar, and oats in a food processor until the mixture resembles rough breadcrumbs.
Spoon the fruit from the slow cooker into four individual baking dishes and top with the crumble mixture.
Bake the crumbles for 40-45 minutes until golden on top. Leave to stand for a few minutes before serving.
