2 Peaches
400 grams Cream quark (40% fat)
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
4 Tbsps sugar
½ Vanilla bean (marrow)
1 handful peeled almonds

Preparation steps

Trim the berries, rinse and gently pat dry. Puree in a tall blender. Rinse the peaches, halve, pit and cut into cubes about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch). Combine the quark with the yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Fold in the peach cubes and distribute over four glasses or bowls. Top with the berry puree. Chop the almonds coarsely and toast in a frying pan until fragrant and golden brown. To serve, scatter almonds on the cream.
