- 4 Peaches (washed, pitted and halved)
- 1 Tbsp candied Orange peel (minced)
- 16 ozs fresh Mozzarella (sliced)
- mint

Preparation steps
1.
Slice peaches thin and add to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle in orange peel and toss until combined.

Place alternating layers of mozzarella and peach on individual plates. Garnish each with mint leaves and serve.
