- 300 grams Peach puree
- 300 grams Melon (such as galia melon)
- 2 centimeters ginger
- 400 milliliters or sweet white wine
- 500 grams jam sugar (2:1)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut peach and melon flesh into small cubes. Peel ginger and dice very small.
2.
With wine in a saucepan and add jam sugar and fruit. Stirring constantly, slowly heat and allow to boil about 4 minutes. Pour into sterilized glasses, seal well and allow to cool.
