- 8 scoops Vanilla ice cream (very frozen)
- 150 grams Whole wheat flour
- 80 milliliters milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 500 milliliters vegetable oil

Preparation steps
1.
Whisk together 100 grams (approximately 1/2 cup) flour, milk, salt and eggs to form a dough.
2.
Heat oil in saucepan until small bubbles appear when you touch a wooden spoon to the oil.
3.
Roll scoops of ice cream in remaining flour, wrap each ice cream scoop in dough, fry in hot oil until golden brown and immediately serve on dessert plates.
