400 grams Penne
125 grams Walnut (coarsely chopped)
1 garlic clove
150 grams Blue cheese (Roquefort)
1 Tbsp butter
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse spinach, blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water, drain and cut into strips.

Cook pasta until al dente in boiling salted water.

Heat butter in a pan and saute squeezed garlic. Add spinach and cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Cut cheese into small cubes.

5.

Drain pasta and combine with spinach, cheese and nuts. Season with with salt and pepper. Arrange on warmed plates and serve.
