400 grams Spaghetti
300 grams fresh Spinach
8 garlic cloves
olive oil (cold-pressed)
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

Rinse spinach and pat dry. Peel garlic and cut in half lengthwise. Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a pan and sauté garlic until garlic assumes a golden yellow color. Remove from pan and set aside.

Place spinach in the pan and cover. Cook 1 minute over high heat. Season well with salt and pepper to taste. Mix spaghetti with spinach, garlic and butter. Serve immediately with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
