400 grams Orecchiette pasta
salt
500 grams Salmon (ready to cook, skinless)
2 garlic cloves
150 milliliters dry white wine
1 Tbsp Horseradish cream (from a jar)
freshly ground peppers
4 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan
Basil (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse salmon, pat dry and cut into small slices. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic until translucent. Add salmon and saute briefly. Add wine and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat. Drain pasta and add to the pan. Transfer to plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil. Serve.
