- 200 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 50 grams butter
- 40 grams freshly grated pecorino romano
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped Basil

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente and then drain, collecting 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid.
2.
Mix the spaghetti immediately in a bowl with the butter, the cooking water and the basil. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to warmed plates. Serve showered with cheese.
