12 Prince mushrooms (or other wild mushrooms)
2 Oranges
3 garlic cloves
1 bunch parsley
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Dill (chopped)
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Clean the mushrooms thoroughly.

Grate the zest, and squeeze the juice from the oranges.

3.

Remove the leaves from the parsley, set aside some for garnish, then chop the rest.

Peel and slice the garlic.

5.

Brush an ovenproof baking dish with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the mushrooms, garlic, parsley, dill, orange zest, and orange juice. Combine thoroughly, and dirrzle with the reamining oil. Cook for 10 minutes under the broiler. Remove from the oven, season to taste, and garnish with the remaining parsley.
