14 ozs Broccoli
12 ozs button Mushroom
1 onion
1 garlic clove
7 ozs Whole Grain Pasta (e.g. Fusilli)
salt
2 Tbsps olive oil
peppers
2 Tbsps lemon juice
3 Tbsps Feta
1 tsp Black cumin seeds
2 tsps Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Peel the stalk and cut into small pieces.

Clean the mushrooms and halve them according to size.

3.

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

4.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente according to the package instructions.

In the meantime, heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic for 2 minutes over medium heat until translucent. Add mushrooms and broccoli and fry for another 8-10 minutes until al dente. Season everything with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

6.

Drain the pasta and divide it between 2 plates. Add the vegetable mixture and crumble the feta over it. Sprinkle with black cumin and sesame seeds.
