7 ozs Whole Wheat Spaghetti
salt
3 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp Lemon peel
3 tsps olive oil
4 ozs Feta (+ a little to garnish)
peppers
White pepper
2 garlic cloves
How healthy are the main ingredients?

Preparation steps

1.

Cook whole wheat spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, according to the package instructions. Then drain.

2.

In the meantime, mix lemon juice, lemon grated and 2 teaspoons of oil in a bowl. Crumble the feta cheese, add it and mix well. Season with pepper.

Wash the asparagus, dry, and cut off the woody ends. Cut the asparagus into pieces about 1" long. Peel and chop the garlic.

4.

Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes over medium heat. Add asparagus pieces and fry for 2-3 minutes.

5.

Add the spaghetti and lemon-oil cheese mixture to the pan and heat over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

6.

Arrange asparagus-lemon pasta on 2 plates and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Crumble some feta on top to taste.
