200 grams Snow peas

1 pinch sugar
400 grams Linguine
1 Chervil
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsps Sour cream
1 generous pinch grated Nutmeg
1 tsp grated Lemon peel

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel asparagus, trim ends. Cut off asparagus tips and set aside. Cut stalks into about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) long pieces. Rinse snow peas.

Cook asparagus pieces in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes, then add asparagus tips and snow peas and cook for 5 more minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain. Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.

3.

Rinse and dry chervil, pluck off leaves.

4.

Melt butter in a pan, saute vegetables for a few seconds, add creme fraiche. Season with salt, pepper, lemon zest and nutmeg.

5.

Drain pasta and combine with vegetables, add parsley. Arrange on plates and serve.
