Pasta with Snow Peas and Shrimp
Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
Rinse green beans and snow peas and blanch in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and cut lengthwise into thin strips.
Rinse radicchio, shake dry and cut into strips. Rinse chile pepper and cut into rings.
Mix together the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Mix together the salad ingredients and the spaghetti and drizzle with the salad dressing.
