- 500 grams Pappardelle noodles
- 200 grams Walnut (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 shallots
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 100 milliliters white wine
- 100 milliliters Chicken broth
- 250 milliliters Whipped cream
- 100 grams Crème fraiche
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
Preparation steps

Cook the pappardelle in boiling salt water according to the package instructions until al dente.

Peel and finely chop the garlic and shallot. Using hot butter, fry the walnuts and deglaze with the white wine. Allow to boil down almost completely and then add the broth. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer. Mix in the sour cream, dripping wet noodles and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
