Pasta Tubes with Sauce
1 Skillet, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Corer
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the sausagemeat and onions for about 10 minutes, until well browned, stirring to break up the sausagemeat.
Cook the rigatoni according to the packet instructions.
Add the wine, tomatoes and capers to the frying pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the sauce is rich and thick, stirring regularly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Drain the rigatoni and stir in the sausage sauce and thyme. Toss well together and spoon into warmed serving bowls. Put the Parmesan shavings on top.
