1 red Bell pepper
150 grams cooked ham (sliced)
4 Tbsps Basil
1 garlic clove
4 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

Cook pasta shells in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain again. Thaw peas and corn about 10 minutes. Boil peas and corn in salted water until al dente, 6-10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain again.

Rinse and halve pepper, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into strips. Cut ham into strips. Rinse basil leaves and thinly slice. Peel and finely chop garlic. Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic and vegetables, 5-6 minutes. Stir in pasta and ham and cook until warmed through. Season with salt, pepper and lemon zest. Divide pasta among plates and garnish with basil.
