- 300 grams Pipe Rigate pasta
- salt
- 120 grams large, mixed pitted Olives
- 200 grams Roast beef (thinly sliced)
- 3 sprigs parsley
- For Dressing
- 1 garlic clove
- 50 milliliters Broth
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- white peppers

- 250 grams small Bocconcini

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Cut olives into slices. Cut roast beef into strips. Peel garlic and combine with remaining ingredients for dressing. Combine beef and olives in a bowl.

Rinse parsley and shake dry, pluck off leaves. Drain pasta, rinse with cold water and combine with mozzarella and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Combine beef and olives with pasta, Toss with dressing and serve.
