- ½ cup Pistachio
- 4 Tbsps Sesame seeds (toasted)
- 2 cups dried Figs (stalks removed)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Rose water
- To serve
- Rose petal
- fresh Mangoes (slices)

1 Pot mit Deckel, 2 Small bowls, 1 Sieve, 1 flache Casserole dish, 1 Silicone spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Bowl, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Ladle
Preparation steps
1.
Place the almonds, pistachios and sesame seeds in a food processor, pulse until they are finely chopped, then pour into a bowl.
2.
Roughly chop the figs, then place in the processor and blend to make a paste. Scrape the paste into the bowl of nuts, add the honey and rose water and mix together with your hands.
3.
Press the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, cover with a clean tea towel and leave to set for 48 hours.
4.
Cut heart shapes from the mixture and serve garnished with rose petals and fresh mango slices.
