- 1 shallot
- 60 grams Crabmeat (cooked)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 12 Oyster
- 2 Tbsps freshly grated Horseradish
- 2 Tbsps chopped Dill

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the apples, quarter, core and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Tear the crab meat into small pieces and mix with the apple, shallot, lemon juice, oil and pepper. Let rest together about 15 minutes.
2.
Open and clean the oysters and place on a plate. Spread the crab salad around the oysters and serve garnished with horseradish and dill.
