6 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Gruyere (grated)
1 lemon (cut into wedges; for garnish)

Plan on 6 oysters per single serving.

Preparation steps

1.
Shuck oysters using an oyster knife. Scrub the inside of the deeper shell.
2.
Brush the inside of each shell with a generous amount of melted butter. Spread a layer of cooked spinach on each shell. Dip each oyster in Worcestershire sauce and place on top of spinach. Sprinkle each oyster with remaining melted butter and top with grated Gruyere cheese.
3.
Place oysters in a shallow pan or on a cookie sheet. Broil quickly or until the edges of the oyster curl and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
4.
Serve on a bed of sea salt with lemon wedges.
