- 4 Oranges
- 8 fresh Date
- 1 Tbsp dried Mallow leaf
- Lemon balm
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, remove all white skins. Cut oranges crosswise into slices.
2.
Cut the dates, remove the pit and cut into small pieces.
3.
Distribute orange slices on 4 dessert plates and sprinkle the dates around the plate. Sprinkle with dried mallow and garnish with lemon balm leaves.
