- 16 hardboiled eggs
- 1 ½ liters orange Tea (flavored black)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 30 grams sugar
- 1 organic Orange
- 1 Tbsp Mustard seed
- 8 Star anise
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 4 dried mint

Preparation steps
1.
Zest and juice orange. Boil orange tea with sugar, honey, mustard seeds and orange zest and juice until sugar has dissolved.
2.
Break egg shells but do not peel. add eggs to a sealable container and pour in orange mixture. Add star anise, cinnamon stick and mint leaves and seal.
3.
Chill and let sit for at least 1 day. Then peel and serve in a decorative bowl.
